Who's Therapy For?

It’s for those navigating anxiety, grief, stress, relationship struggles, or life transitions—and also for those who just want to better understand themselves and live more intentionally. You don’t need to have all the answers or be in crisis to come to therapy. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, just support, curiosity, and care.
